Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nonprofit Accounting and HR
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting and prepare monthly financial
reports
Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and
employee relations
Support budget preparation and manage contracts and insurance
requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Administration or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in accounting, financial management, or
human resources
Accounting experience is required
Experience in a nonprofit or philanthropic organization is
preferred
HR experience of 3+ years is preferred
