Outstanding Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $70k-$74k annually
Primary Responsibilities:
The Director of Marketing and Admissions will execute a diverse
range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing occupancy levels
across the facility. This role oversees the collection, analysis,
and management of data related to referrals and sales connected to
each level of care and service offered. A key aspect of this
position is mentoring the marketing team, nurturing a culture that
aligns with the facility's goals. The Director will also create and
implement a marketing plan that supports the strategic business
objectives of the organization, while managing external
communications including media relations, event management,
advertising campaigns, website content development, and press
releases. Collaboration in establishing community education,
wellness, and healthy aging initiatives will also be a vital part
of this role.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication,
Business Administration, or a related discipline is essential.
Experience: A minimum of five years in management leading a sales
team, along with five years of direct sales and marketing
experience in senior housing or healthcare is required. Proficiency
in verbal and written communication, as well as familiarity with
publishing and contact management software, is essential.
