Job SummaryAn exciting opportunity awaits an experienced
professional to join the team as an Assistant Director of Dining
Services. This role involves assisting with day-to-day food service
operations, managing and leading a team of associates, and
supporting financial goals in an assigned area.Key
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Chef and management team to
develop and implement nutritious and high-quality food
programs.
- Implement new culinary initiatives in conjunction with the
marketing and culinary teams.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and manage talent
development, client relationships, profitability, and financial
goals.Requirements
- 1-3 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education,
military, healthcare, and/or related food service operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Financial experience and business acumen skills.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products,
including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.What We
