Job SummaryAn exciting opportunity awaits an experienced professional to join the team as an Assistant Director of Dining Services. This role involves assisting with day-to-day food service operations, managing and leading a team of associates, and supporting financial goals in an assigned area.Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Chef and management team to develop and implement nutritious and high-quality food programs.
• Implement new culinary initiatives in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams.
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and manage talent development, client relationships, profitability, and financial goals.Requirements
  • 1-3 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, and/or related food service operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial experience and business acumen skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.What We Offer
