POSITION SUMMARY: The 'Sr Director, Video Production' will be responsible for leading the FieldHouse Creative Team, overseeing the development, production, and post-production of high-quality video content for all media channels and mediums. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in video production and leadership capabilities to drive projects from concept to execution, while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership & Management:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the FieldHouse Creative team.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of production professionals (7-9 people), including directors, producers, editors, and camera operators.
• Foster a collaborative and creative environment that encourages innovation and excellence. Project Development:
  • Create, oversee and lead the development of video concepts and scripts that align with company objectives and audience needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their video production needs and develop appropriate strategies. Production Oversight:
    • Manage all aspects of video production, including budgeting, scheduling, crew management, and equipment procurement.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Creative Vision: Set and maintain creative standards for video content across all platforms. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance video quality and audience engagement. Quality Control: Review and approve final cuts and edits of video projects, ensuring alignment with creative vision and brand standards. Establish quality control processes to maintain high production values throughout all stages of production. Stakeholder Communications: Act as the primary liaison between the video production team and other key stakeholders within the organization. Present project updates, insights, and strategies to senior management and other departments. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or an equivalent amount of education and experience.
      • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in video production, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team of direct reports.
      • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the professional sports industry is preferred.
      • Must have flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and occasional Holidays as required by the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse events calendar.
      • Proven track record of managing large-scale production projects from conception to completion.
      • Strong understanding of video production tools, techniques, and technologies.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of products.
      • Experience with various video formats and platforms (digital, broadcast, social media).
      • Strong creative vision and ability to think strategically about content creation.
