• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for various units
• BLS - Basic Life Support required for all candidates
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for specific units
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for L&D, OB/GYN, and NICU
• State License 1 Verification required annually
• NIH Stroke Certification preferred for some units
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) details
• Tech Cert Verification - National required for CVOR and CST

  • Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RN.
  • Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission!
  • Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
  • PBDS Assessment - waived.
  • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
  • Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked.
    • Job Requirements
    • MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
    • MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.
    • MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
    • AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
      • Schedule Information
      • D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.)
        • Additional Details
        • Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
        • Physical Exam within a year of start. Must include an assessment that they are capable of safely performing the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
        • Return candidates to Cleveland Clinic who have a gap in employment will most commonly need to recomplete modules for the new assignment.
        • Silkroad/Onboarding/Modules - Facility will send onboarding e-mail which gives candidates access to silkroad for onboarding & modules.
