  • Job Details
  • Responsible for the delivery of quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments.
  • Perform treatment simulations, fabricates all necessary shielding blocks, and maintain accurate EMR.
  • Prepares equipment for patient treatments performing quality control and assurance tests, ensuring proper infection control techniques, and adheres to optimal radiation safety and protection practices.
  • The philosophy, goals, objectives, and standards of McLaren and nationally accepted standards of practice, provisions of quality patient care, environmental safety, and inter-disciplinary cooperation.
  • Maintains professional working relationships with medical staff.

    • 2 + years of experience - Required.

      • Further McLaren Specifics:
      • Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours.
      • OT/Holiday/CallBack Markups: 1.1x Regular rates.
      • Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.
      • McLaren's local traveler policy is to reduce the travel rate by 10%.
      • Anyone with a permanent address within a 35 mile radius of facility is considered a local traveler.
